Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Shivraj Group of Hotels, we understand that plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure a smooth experience for both our guests and our team, please take a moment to review our cancellation and refund guidelines.

Payment Terms

We currently do not accept payments on the website.
All bookings must be confirmed through advance payment (partial or full) via UPI or bank transfer.

Cancellation Charges

Time of Cancellation (before check-in date) Charges Applicable
More than 7 days (168+ hours) ₹300 per room
Between 7 to 3 days (72–168 hours) Charge equivalent to 1 night’s stay
Within 3 days (less than 72 hours) / No Show 100% forfeiture of the amount paid in advance

Note: Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of advance payment. No refunds are applicable for cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date or for no-shows.

Refund Process

    • If eligible, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer within 7–10 working days.
    • Guests are required to share their valid UPI ID or bank account details to initiate the refund.
    • Refunds are applicable only as per the cancellation timelines above.

Exceptional Cases

The Management reserves the right to review and modify the above policy on a case-to-case basis, in genuine or unforeseen circumstances.
